A nude study, also known as figure or life drawing, is the act of drawing a living person. Traditionally this means drawing a nude model in a realistic representation.
You may wonder why the model is usually nude. Looking at a living thing, and particularly a nude living person, has a unique energy to it. Capturing the life of the model is the objective of life drawing.
I hope my stylistic interpretations and choice of obscure color palettes of the nude model exposes even further the true essense of the human form.
